Engine Upgrade is much harder to use on low PS ships. Given those two options, I'd choose the second.

Agreed. You'd be better off with just Gillterstim on the Marauders. Not sure what else you spend with the 4 points.

I like the second list though. You could also go N'dru w/ LW, Glitter, and Cluster missles. Then throw in a Cartel Marauder with Glitter.
