I've asked FFG yesterday, but have not gotten a response yet. I will post an answer if they do.
If it wasn't for this community, I wouldn't have found out about a few options I have.

Gadgetron, I'm in the South Bay and follow the SF Bay Area Armada Facebook group for these sort of local plans. It's a pretty active group and there are definitely a few events already set for Massing at Sullust.
Yea! I found a Massing at Sullest about 30 minutes away in Rocky River OH. Immortals Inc. Has tournaments every Sunday leading up to it, so I am taking my untested fleets up on Sunday to get my Noob but trounced this weekend! What have I got to lose but the entry fee!
Yeah, I found 3 I can attend over the course of the weekend. Its going to cost me about $200 in Hotels gas and tolls + entry fees to partake in that.
Totally worth it, and I'm expecting to get curbstomped!

Game Kastle is running Massing at Sullest in San Mateo/San Jose area. I'm not sure if their Fremont location is running it or not; it's not yet on the Fremont location's website.

Miami fl. Sunshine adventure gaming
All 3 Game On stores in western Nebraska are hosting events: the McCook store on Saturday the 3rd at 1pm, and both North Platte and Kearney are having theirs on Sunday the 4th starting at 2pm. The Armada scene is small in our area right now, so this is an amazing chance to win a bunch of great prizes!
Epic loot centerville, Dayton Ohio is having one on Sunday the 4th at noon.

My Friday tournament will be at Top Deck Games in Westmont NJ.
Saturday's tournament will be at All Things Fun in West Berlin NJ.
Sunday's tournament will be at Comic Store West in York, PA. (The only one listed on the forums)
For a point of reference, I live in Scranton, PA, approximately 2.5 hrs from all three locations. This is why I'd like to see an official list. Maybe save some mileage on my already well worn car.

Well, I got trounced as expected! Had a blast though, and got some great ideas on how to refine my list. Not only that, but found another Massing at Sullest tournament at Recess in North Olmsted, about an hour away from me! Great day!
