I recently purchased a new YT-1300 expansion pack, but when I opened it up, I found that it was missing shield tokens. Heading to the internet, I checked the normal contents of the set. I have currently concluded that I am missing:

1x Cardboard with shield and containers

1x Engine Upgrade

1x Veteran Instincts

1x Weapons Engineer

What's the protocol for getting FFG to replace these parts?

send an email to the Support guys, they replaced my Decimator when one of the tiny little turrets on the top came off.

Contact their customer service department. They have a rep on here of being very reliable/helpful.

2 separate packing errors on 1 ship (the cardboard and some cards)? I'm leaning more towards theft. Large ships are not in clamshells like the small ships are.

The box was unopened when I got it... I don't see how anyone could have gotten into the box without me noticing. I checked everything over very carefully after I realized something was wrong.

Hmmmm I forgot they're wrapped in plastic. Easier to defeat than a clamshell, but in any case, FFG will fix you up.

They replaced my Raider's skewed cardboard sheet and an Interceptor model with a tiny defect on the end of one of the wingtip cannons. They are in process of replacing my K-Wing model, which was missing a little greeble thing on the cockpit. They respond very quickly to requests, and I think their customer support is awesome.

Sorry but how can it only be missing shield tokens? shield tokens comes as part of push sheet with other stuff. Are you sure you bough new one, not a used one?

I am missing the entire push sheet with shield tokens and the containers. I am pretty sure that it was new, as the box was sealed.

It was probably a screw up during packing, but anyone with access to a shrink wrap machine could buy an expansion pack, remove what they want, give it a new shrink wrap and return it.

I guess...

Seems like at that point it would just be easier to take the entire box.

In that case I can understand the Engine Upgrades, but not the sheet of shields and mission tokens. Who would want that?
