These do make things easier though. Playing 3 to 5 games in a day and all I need to do is pick up a tray and my box. Much easier.
Tournament carrying options..
How long does it take to make one, in case this one is gone before I can buy it?
I have one more ready finished. Needs a sanding. And one more that needs stain but is ready. And then two more that are different styles. But this won't be avail until after sullust.
Beyond that. To answer original question. Roughly 2 days from start to finish.
That's pretty quick, thanks!
Hmm, now to decide - grab one for Sullust, or wait to get one to fit the large ships as well?
Oh, the agony of First World problems.
Edited by KharnvorBuy two for the price of three and one gets donated to either Lyraeus or IFF...? Lol

Those are some pretty cool trays! I haven't come up with a total solution yet, but I made these yesterday to organize things during play.
I need to make something nice and transportable that I can fit in a carryon and take to worlds.
Yup. This look neat.
These trays should fit in a carry on. Possibly. If there were no feet then it shouldn't have breakables on it. Since it is 3/4 plywood. Lol
So... My ship docks might be delayed. The 6" wood I got, forgot that in lumber. At lowes. Is actually 5.5". Lol lesigh. Have test piece milling now. Will show when done.
hmm, I see tarkin has captured princess Leia and is holding her aboard his personal nebulan-b...Another thing I would LOVE to see is something like the Tuck Box Command tray.

Would need a way to easily show the damage cards though. . .
Lol
/Grabs popcorn
I like where this is going....
Also -- Tarkin apparently gives the Nebulon a command of 3.
Edited by Grand Moff KaineIf you can widen the damage card area a bit one could stack cards accordion style.
How does one exhaust an upgrade?
Exhausted I will be taking it out of the slot tonight. I am doing gaming today. See how it works.
Just wait and see. There are some stained pictures too. :-D
Working on designing a tray/case now. Safe to say, Armada has a lot of stuff...

So. As a first design. Def do have a little change here and there. The inch in the side that's just empty was just a mistake that didn't get cut off. Test piece. But I might go ahead and expand into this inch. Have the damage spot wider. So it can be sideways. And offset the upgrade cards.
Whoah, that is awesome, I want some! Suggestions:
- Little slot to lift the speed dial out of its hole
- Upgrade slots that d9nt block opponents view of your ship card, so he can see what ship, and id, it is?
You selling these, or releasing the plans/blueprints? 3d printing?

Selling. And yea. Using it tonight I had to turn t sideways for opponent to see upgrades. I was trying to keep it 6/8. But I think I will play with the design a bit. See how I can make it fit possiy within 8 by 8 or so.
I agree on the speed dial. This was a test piece that was way too thick. The thinner one I believe the recess spot for the speed will end up a hole.
I liked the command and defense token sections. Though I did find out that the cardboard defense tokens are not all the same size. Some are slightly different. So those will be widened slightly.
The damage slot needs to be wider, possibly turned sideways.
Try 6x10 instead. It is wider but it would allow you to place 7 of these side by side and have 2" of room at least.
