I propose we set aside the debate about the X-wing fix and spend some time trying to tease out what the fuzzy goodies are hiding in the Gozanti card spread.
Top Row
-2 copies each of Tie generic squads... boring.
2nd Row
-PS3 Chaser
-PS4 Wampa
-PS6 Youngster
-PS7 "Scourge"
-Gozanti Ship Card
3rd Row
-(x1) Expert Handling (credit Darthlurker)
-(x1) Expose (credit Darthlurker)
-(x1) Marksmanship (credit Darthlurker)
-(x1) Dual Laser Turret
-(x1) Broadcast Array
-(x2) new team? (looks like a person and would make sense to have double copies?)
-(x2) Ordnance Experts
-(x2) new cargo? (seems likely the pack will include enough cargo upgrades to fill Gozanti?)
-(x1) Docking Clamps
-(x1) Agent Kallus
-(x1) Rear Admiral Chiraneau
4th Row
-(x3) Optimized Generators
-(x3) Automated Protocols
-(x3) Ordnance Tubes
-(x1) Gozanti Title?
-(x1) Gozanti Title?
-(x1) Gozanti Title/
Anyone with a better view or guesses on all that missing info?
Gozanti Box Contents (Squint with me)
I imagine all those x2 and x3 cards are for standard play. Which is great, but you'd have to buy two Imperial Assault Carriers to get 6 copies, and 3 carriers to get enough for a full swarm...
Wonder when they will release another article on it. Maybe to do with how the ties deploy.
I only hope we get some of the cards (aside of Agent Kallus) for standard play. Titles, upgrades, EPT or whatever, not only the TIE pilots.
Lots of x3 cards so there are probabilities I guess.
Just noticed the firing arc is pseudo 180 degrees forward while the turret is on the far back... oh well. Gameplay > model? A ship with a blindspot in the front would have been kinda interesting.
The Imperial Crew in the fan is Chiraneau.
The first three cards in the third row look like: Expert Handing, Expose and Marksmanship.

Agree, nice catch!
I had to use a friend's computer to view the posted image so I'm going by memory here, but what I think is more interesting is that it's a ship with a firing arc that doesn't have an included primary weapon value. At least, that's what the Gozanti ship card appeared to show, right? It had energy, then Agility, Hull, and Shields. But, I don't recall seeing any primary weapon. I hope that thing has a fair number of hard points or upgrades it can use to defend itself, or it'll be an easy, easy target.
I guess he PS3 Unique is another Black Squadron member given the picture of the death star

The Gozanti has a single hardpoint, which is why it has a firing arc:

The GR-75 was the same.
Hmm, does anyone have an idea on how much this will cost in $? Assuming I get it from miniaturemarket or someplace at a discount. I normally don't do large ships but this one looks somewhat tempting.
20 damage cards
never mind.. miss posted or something?

Yes ... there is a gun pointing backwards ... but the arc is on the front ... a bit ... confusing?
Anti-pursuit lasers...trololo
Maybe the TIEs attached to Gozanti can shoot with that front arc?
I think we're about to get our first turret hardpoint!

The MSRP is $70. A bit of Googling says Miniature Market is offering it at $48.27 for preorders, or about their usual 30% discount.
Edited by Vorpal SwordThe thing that's interesting to me is how the three EPTs identified in the fan are all of the "Action:" subtype. I wonder if one of those TIE pilots will have a built-in Experimental Interface effect, or something that would otherwise allow them to use those EPTs without penalty.
The imperial officer crew is Rear Admiral Chiraneau, image is the same as the Armada Card

More than that: they're usually considered the worst EPTs in the game. I am very curious to see how FFG can revitalize them. I almost think instead of a single pilot, it would have to be a title.
Is the fifth small card on the top row of the fan Swarm Tactics? Would make sense to include with a product for TIE swarm builders.

A card that lets you use an upgrade card with an action at the cost of 1 stress would probably be the fix. "You may ignore the action part of the card. Then receive 1 stress token." or something to that effect. There are more ways to manage stress in the game than there are +1 actions, soooo... That would be my guess...
