So I've started looking at the new T-70 and TIE/FO expansions, and I've found a single ship synergy I want to play around with, but I'm having trouble building a list around it.
Here's the ship, as it stands currently:

Basically it's obviously exploiting the T70's straight greens and native boost w/ R2D2, and the evade token generation and Comm Array to shrug the max amount of incoming fire. The problem is that it is a bit too hard of a target for it's threat level, and I can see most opponents either focusing it down with prejudice, or just ignoring it till endgame.
I wanted to team it up with two Red Vets with PTL, R2 Astromech, and AutoThrusters but that's 2 points too expensive.

... and it should give low PS swarms and turret builds fits, but it's not as action flexible as I'd like.
I thought about pairing it up with a couple of Ion Warthog Y's (one of which being Dutch).
A couple of moderately loaded B's also sounds fun (FCS + Ions + EU)
Or just adding some ProTorps and having it fly wing off of a 58-pt Super-Dash.
Any thoughts on other pairings?
