I have a tough question about film critic. I understand it prevents "when you access..." Ability of agendas and does not trigger personal evolution's 1 net damage when an agenda is scored.

When the runner decides to double click and add the agenda to his score area, does the damage from PE trigger at that point ?

Is adding an agenda to score area the same as scoring it ?

No net damage.Definitely not the same as scoring an agenda or the wording would be the same.

This would also prevent Midseason Replacement and Punitive Counterstrike from working.

It also means you can't get rid of a corp current, it wouldn't trigger Leela, you wouldn't trash The Source, etc.
