So my girlfriend asks me to pick up ground turkey for the skunk after I get out of work, unfortunately when I get out of work few stores are still open. Enter the dreaded Walmart.

Now I've been scouting Targets and TRUs and Walmarts since Force Friday for my White Whale.

Walk to the toy section and the new Star Wars display, nothing. Same nothing as ever. Poop. Time to check Legos... WAIT!

Out of the corner of my eye I see Hasbro boxes on a palette to my left. On the top are a box of those foam lightsabers, of which I already have all three.

Go deeper. As I scan the rest of the palette my eyes pass over the one thing I wanted, the one thing I never thought would be there. The precious.

I don't know the protocol about opening the sealed boxes and if they needed to be scanned, but I sure as crap didn't care! I tore that ****** open like it was already Christmas!

The box held 2 (TWO!!!!) Kylo Rens, one of each of FO Stormtrooper, Chewie, Rey, and Finn.

Luckily I didn't forget the turkey.

Enjoy the scratched up couch resolution. Was excited.

TLDR: Late night Walmart run yields win.

Are these harder to get than Fire Emblem Amiibos or something?

The only Black Series figures I have are the white Boba Fetts because I saw they were Walgreens exclusives.

Nice! I still haven't purchased anything from the new TFA wave, as I'm waiting until they go on sale - usually once a wave is slightly older, it'll go up on hasbrotoyshop for sale or some similar deal.

Side note - I'm sort of annoyed with how many "Exclusive" waves different retailers now have. Entertainment Earth has one, Amazon has one..... and each wave is all crap repaints with ONE cool figure per wave. I now have to spend like 100-150 bucks for some retailer exclusive wave just to get an Imperial Astromech droid, or something cool like that. It's gonna make me want to stop collecting. And that's a shame too, because I have EVERYTHING up until the TFA wave.

Wow man, that is hardcore! I think I'm going to lay off the 3.75 because the paint jobs and articulation have gone to crap, I think 6" Black Series and Legos are a better quality focus. Though I do want the new 3.75 TIE and X-wing!
