I think we should have another tournament before the wave 2 stuff gets here, BUT at 400 points with the wave 1 Ships.

Lets just see what happens when you take the 300 point meta and add another hundred points to it!

Just wave 1 ships and squadrons, but we can either decided to keep with the current pool of upgrade cards, or decided to use the upgrade cards that have been shown in the preview articles to spice things up a bit.

I see, right. So, three options then: No new cards, New Upgrade Cards with no admirals, or all the new cards that we have spoiled at the time.

I'm interested. No new cards is my vote too.

I'm in, with no new cards as well.

Based on the current MOVs, my best guess for 400pts is:

5 and 5 = 0-25

6 and 4 = 26-65

7 and 3 = 66-120

8 and 2 = 121-200

9 and 1 = 201-295

10 and 0 = 296+

So, we need to decided if we want to set up the tournament, and how we do it

Like, if we want it to be a match-up like how NCAA does it, or like march madness, or like soccer.

• You fight the person who is closest in points, or
• You fight in a bracket, or
• You fight in pods of other people with your timezone before moving onto a final match

Also, lets do some advertising! Pester your friends to try it out with you! Lets get a lot of people!

I would be willing to if no one else wants to but have never Been the T.O. (well I co-rule judged at a couple tournaments) and would need a little instruction...

And I have been thinking about how to set it up and think that the "Pods" idea ifrom a few post back is probably best.

We could have say 5 pods of 6 players each (give or take) and have 3 rounds to determine the best in each pod, and then have a 4th round to determine overall winner.

I think that would be fairly easy to run and organize while keeping it fair

But on thinking about it pods of 4 might be better, I do however think that the whole tournament shouldn't be more then 4 maybe 5 rounds
