Well, I don't know if it's the most optimized concept or not, but I thought meshing Kazuya 's ability to pump attacks and fish for blocks using character cards meshed well with Nina 's ability to just troll the hell out of her opponents. Out of that thought, this deck was born. Let me know what you think:

General Deck Strategy:
The deck strategy is basically to mess with your opponent; you have Nina 's F to outright deny your opponent certain cards, or limit his ability to execute certain strategies. Once that is out of the way, you can focus on depleting your opponent's hand and punishing him with heavy-handed attacks, preferably boosted by cards such as Brooding and Merciless Fighter . The goal is to deny your opponent key pieces and punish him in the early to mid game, but you can survive longer forays well, especially thanks to the ability to fish for a +0 mid block using The Hunt is On .
Specific Card Breakdow n:
Nina Williams* - A character with solid stats at 6 and 27, and a very underrated control ability in her F . Attack denial can be crucial for a deck that relies on single kill-shots or on flurries of attacks to bust through your defenses, which will them make them more likely to overextend (and fall short on the required damage), which makes your life easier.
Zhao Daiyu** - Here as a character to trigger Merciless Fighter , Spinning Demon , and The Hunt is On , as well as a use for the 4 spare copies of the card I have lying around. ^^;
Purple Army Suit - Given that you peeked at SOME of the cards using her F at the very least, this card is at its best on your opponent's turn, when he's attacking. It also requires momentum, but it is well worth the cost.
Eiserne Drossel - Can help with the necessary speed to squeeze an attack through a stingy blocking defense, and provides a "damage bonus" in its dual vitality drain.
Evil Mist - Not sure if this is the most efficient attack to have here, but it does have a Stun: 2 with a +0 mid block. Plus, it actually makes Flooded-Nile Throw 's E useful (weird, I know).
Flooded-Nile Throw - A throw with a nice damage-for-difficulty stats, this deck can officially use its E for something other than stalling during the enhance phase.
Spinning Demon - This attack can pour the damage on in a hurry, and that's the main reason why it's here.
Shockwave Palm - Another attack that can pack a mean punch, especially if the momentum-generation pieces are about their mischief.
Wipe the Floor - Great opening attack to deplete enemy hands.
Brooding - Effectively free damage pump, which certainly is always welcome.
Cursed Blood - Wreaks havoc on your opponent if he attempted to playing any key foundation.
Treacherous Offspring - Free momentum is made even sweeter with some great difficulty stats.
Ka Technique - Nerf one of your opponent's pieces into oblivion.
Maniacal Laughter - More momentum, and more Stun . Doubly good.
Merciless Fighter - A reliable damage bonus, if your character scheme works.
Perfect Sense of Balance - This is a "commit hate" piece, and it's the best the symbol has to offer.
The Hunt is On - Works on offense (feeding Merciless Fighter ), and on defense (trading non-blocks for +0 mid's).
Keep them Down - Even if you never get to use this, you can use its presence to make sure you only have a maximum of 3 cards to get rid of every turn to leave your opponent defenseless, which is nice.
War Between Sister s - Free discard and momentum hate. Beware of the second use, though; you like momentum too.
