I use post-it notes for masking on models and yesterday I discovered something great. 3M makes rolls of removable labeling. The stuff I saw was about 1-1/2" wide and I think 60 yards long. This might make masking and painting intricate patterns easier. Should be available at Office Max or Office Depot.
