Blast Em X Hawk - Poe/Wedge/Jan list...
It's better than a re-roll, it's a whole extra die! Personally, I would at least give her an Autoblaster Turret if nothing else so she can defend herself a little bit. Outmaneuver on Wedge can be redundant, depending on what you're facing: Y-Wings will have already lost their 1 Agility, and Decimators don't even care about Wedge in the first place. Maybe replace it with Adrenaline Rush, so Wedge can K-turn and still pull off R7-T1 to free up the 2 points for Jan's Turret. Using R7-T1 to Boost into Range 1 and use Jan for 5 dice with TL and -1 Agility for the defender ought to be fun!
I was feeling a little bad about leaving Jan so light. I think you make a good point on wedge.
I might slap crack shot on wedge to help out for the right moment.
Jan absolutely needs a turret. Her ability doesn't work on her own attacks, and one die isn't worth 26 points -- in fact, it's probably only worth 3 or 4 points, since adding a die in place of taking an action is generally a bit worse than taking an action. I'd drop a couple of upgrades to throw a twin laser turret on Jan. Without a turret, she has pretty much no offensive capability, which basically means a 26 point tax on your squad for an ability that's worth about a tenth of that.
I think Poe is solid firepower with the way you have him built. Wedge could probably lose Outmaneuver just because it doesn't work on the opening engagement, especially if you are going to try and keep Jan close by. I would replace it with PTL and replace his droid with R2 Astromech to help deal with the stress. If you are pumping 4-5 dice down range, you want both a Focus and a Target Lock for the most consistent damage. With those extra two points I guess you could Autoblaster Turret Jan so she at least has SOMETHING besides her additional attack die.
Honestly though, I would probably drop Poe's Predator down to a one point EPT of your choice (Adrenaline Rush, Crack Shot, Wired, etc) and drop Nien for an ICT on Jan. It would give you a little bit of control which fits well with her support role. It also creates an interesting targeting priority. The obvious choice isn't Wedge anymore. They could still likely go after him first, but then Jan will have a chance to Ion some ships and Poe can capitalize and still get the attack buff. Ideally Poe is left at the end of the game to mop up your opponent's forces.
Sounds fun!

Thanks for the analysis. I hadn't thought of it that way. I was so focused on the extra roll for wedge.
