Hi all, after the Outer Atlantic Fleet for xwing, i start a thread with my Imperial Assault repaint

As you can see, i keep my desert strom squadron in this game too !

3 Strom troopers that i ve try to convert. Im quit happy with the result !

And the 4 horsemen, hummm the 4 royal guards. With their desert touch

Sorry for the color of the pics, they are little bit reddish.

Joking ^^ I m not a good conoisseur in the star wars univers, except the films. As for Xwing i don't paint the official color schem.

I will only paint the main characters in the good one. I will try .

These are great, very nice work theming them.

I feel like your probe droids look much more terrifying than the standard paint-scheme. They really evoke a spidery/creepy-crawly vibe with that coloration.

How did you pull off the red on the eyes of your probe droids? I really want to do mine in different colors like that but I don't know how to achieve the shading you did.

Hi

it's simple

Red khorm on all, dark wash on the top. When it's dry, another wash on a smaller part of the top and i finish with a thin line of dark red .

And to highlight tne bottom, i use a light red, then some withe to hihglight.

Finally i put a really small dot of pure withe in the dakest part, and put some gloss varnish on it.

It works fine with other color like blue. for the green, i highlight with yellow.

I think that's the best Diala that I've seen! Nicely done.

haven't spend a lot of time on him, i don't like so much to paint the large clothes like his jacket.
