You know that scene in the Star Trek reboot, where Nero sees Spock on a collision course, realizes the ship could destroy him, and shouts, "Fire everything!"
I expect to see the same response from every Decimator facing a Blount swarm once Tracers hits.

For Imperials, some sort of 28 point missile capable ship with 6 academies.
XX23's are my jam - they are pretty much good on anything. Whether you're deploying missiles or just trying to strengthen your reds, the xx23's are a fantastic way to spend a single point - especially for generics and other ships that lack Elite slots.
This missile sounds fantastic with ruthless!
Don't forget the Gui- C- that comes out in the same wave. If that baby is cheap, Z-95's and Bombers are going to make fat turrets wet their pants. How amazing would it be if countermeasures actually gets taken...
Seriously. I fire a thread tracer at them, which is obviously attached to a FIST. The thread tracer gives everyone target lost, the fist punches someone in the face for 1 shield/hull point. It's perfect.
Just to clarify - does every friendly ship acquires a target lock, even if they do not have the target lock action natively?

Exactly - even possible while stressed. I dunno - I'm nuts but this card makes me have so many feels.
A squad of TIE Advanced with low PS can now make use of the Adv Targeting Computer if Vader or similarly high PS squadmate fires XX23 at the target.
