Is there a way to stop powers manifested by someone else? And I mean beside the obvious way of killing the enemy psiker or a null field projector.

I looked through DH and IH but found nothing about it. So if I overlooked something, please point me towards the solution.

Only thing I'm aware of in the rulebooks is Mental Fortress.

The Inquisitors Handbook adds extra uses to Invocation and Psyniscience. Protective Invocation grants bonuses to Willpower Tests made to resist psychic powers, whilst Diminish Psychic Attack (Psyniscience) can neutralise all of the Overbleed of a psychic power. Weaken Veil could be thought of as counter-psyker too I guess, as it increases the risk of blowing one's head off.

What you found so far is about what I noticed myself, except for Psyniscience. Never would have looked there, as I thought that Psyniscience was only an extra sense and nothing more.
