I ran this list today in a local tournament and ended up in 3rd place

If you are keen on running a pilot like redline, then you are building a jousting list (because that's what ordnance carriers do essentially). So I would recommend starting off with a pure jousting list. You don't have to keep it as such----its just a good way to get a feel for the strengths and weaknesses and from there you should be better informed to decide what makes the most effective ships to team up with redline.

The absolute simplest jousting list would be 5 academy pilots + redline (40-ish pts). Or doom shuttle + 3 academies + 40pt redline.

As to your lists above:

List A: I don't like EI + Isard, personally. I get that you can activate EI after Isard's free action, but you can't boost, so its not really helping you. I mean if you got bumped and are using Isard + EI to activate expose, yes you can do some hardcore damage, but you are still taking a ton of damage in return. Decimator is going down fast in this list. Boost would be better, imho, but of course then you have the problem of two ships that can't really support each other well. The opponent will burn one down first or the other unless you keep them together (and risk getting blocked up against swarms). Ultimately, I don't think deci + punisher is the best team up, but I haven't actually tried it myself.

List B: Soontir is poor support for jousting ships. You take him because you hope that in the endgame, if its soontir vs only part of your opponent's list, he can mop up and win the game for you. However, only redline puts out good damage in this list - I think you'll struggle to get an early ship advantage without something that can deal more effective early game damage to help redline out (who's going to get focussed on and is unlikely to ever use all that ordnance).

List C: I like the idea of using a TIE or two as blockers----helps Redline out for sure. However, this list has the the same problem as the previous----no early game damage other than redline. At least here I think redline can get off more ordnance before dying, so this list might work. However, those two TIEs will accomplish nothing or very little vs. any HLC lists (Dash in particular is going to be a bad matchup)

List D: Here's a good jousting list. It would be nice to squeeze in an academy pilot in there, and I would consider dropping Rhymer to a generic to fit it in, but you can try it as is first to see how it goes. Only change I recommend is TIE Mk2 on redline instead of munitions failsafe----redline does not miss with ordnance, so its a pointless addition.

the list is fun and my enemy we tend to underestimate redline making my case lol

Of your original lists, I like D the best. Although like Blade said, I would replace munitions failsafe with MKII engine. I would also replace the plasma on Rhymer with Proton Rockets. Sounds weird, but a four dice attack at range 2 with focus to mod is actually pretty solid with your PTL.

Since you already have tournament experience with your Redline, you can tweak to your liking.

I won a local tournament with a list almost identical to your list C. I ran concussion missiles instead of plasma torps. I've used it four times outside that tournament, and have yet to lose with it. You should give it a try.
