Any suggestions? Worst list to fight? Best?

worst list to fight porbably 2 high agility ships (IG's) however if you can block and deny actions you're golden.

In this list Dark Curse > Backstabber.

Backstabber is going to be the number 1 target for your opponent, because he's the easiest to kill and he has the potential to throw the most attack dice. Number 1 rule of squad making is to never have your most offensive ship be your weakest defensively.

Dark Curse in this list gives your opponent some tougher choices. He can try and kill Dark Curse early when he has the guns to do it, but he can be hard to kill. If he can't do it quickly your Tempest's are going to be harassing him with accurate laser fire. If he ignores Dark Curse, he could be stuck fighting him in the end game 1 on 1. He'll have to get lucky on dice to actually kill him.

As an alternative you could run a Black Squadron Pilot with Intimation. Use him to ram into a high value target and drop its agility. Then the Tempests go to town. If you can block a Falcon, he'll be eating 8 hits and can't do a **** about it. Also, he could help against Brobots as their 3 agility is harder for 2 dice to hit.

The Black Squad with Intimidation is a nice addition.

You've got a point there. Both options seems nice.

I have to try them both before the tournament.

Just hope I get to face lots of fat turrets.

Brought down a fully loaded Chirraneu in three rounds yesterday. :). Then it was chasing Vader untill time ran up.

Another option I like is using those 16 points to bump a tempest to Vader with atc, engine, and vi or predator. Vi gets you the jump on all arc dodgers which the generics can have trouble with.

Hey Rasseman,

if you want to have fun, you can try adding cluster missles. You will have to drop backstabber, but it is fun as hell :) You will shoot twice and worst case scenario is to deal 2x two hits :)
