Just a quick question. I was thinking since you can spend a target lock to reduce the defenders agility by 1 does Latts have to be in range of the target lock when you spend it? or can the houndstooth be anywhere?.

Once you've acquired a target lock, the range between Latts and the defender doesn't matter for her ability. She can be anywhere on the board when she triggers it.
