Just wondering? Wondering if it wont be tell AFTER the movie so they can potentially add more and different pilots? Perhaps JJ didn't want to leak out ALL the pilot names etc? Or perhaps there are not enough material out yet to give us more than what they have besides the pumpkin X.. but we have that pilot don't we?? Anybody remember how it was with the first core set??

It looks like the Tie was Published on Aug 17. So it would be about the same time I would guess.

I don't think any of the expansions will be announced before the movie due to probable spoilers. So I would say we will get an announcement in December.

No. Distributors don't have listings for the expansion packs yet, so retailers have no way to order them.

I'm not sure why they'd be so hesitant to reveal pilot names, and only names. Really there isn't much spoilery about the pilot names for non main characters. There really isn't much background or descriptions on the cards that come with expansions. Its not like they have to reveal whether or not they die..thats up to the players. And besides, we already know the names of all the characters that are probably going to matter. The lack of at least 3 named characters in the new starter (whether they are made up names or not in the film doesn't matter) makes for a rather dull set..it's really my only gripe with the new starter.

i bet wave 8 drops before the FO Ties and Super Xs do... as far as individule packs go...

My guess is that at least one of the main characters is going to climb into a T-70 and their last name is a huge plot spoiler.

I always thought Biggs was a poor Core Set choice. You only have one Rebel ship!! Gaven would not have been that much better of a choice though, as who would you pass the focus token to?

Amazon and most FLGs have core set releasing next week. I'd bet on an announcement this Friday or next Monday with blisters coming almost immediately.
