what...? we have ettenmoors before mount gram? WHERE IS MOUNT GRAM!

When they left off Treason of Saruman forever, I'm pretty sure it was because they just forgot. They only added it when people contacted them about it. So I suspect they forgot Mount Gram too. I suggest contacting them.
