Phasma: Possible spoiler. Assuming it's not just the costume maker taking liberties.
The hint here is that Phasma is doing her own thing, and the First Order might not be entirely unified. Cool concept, and the trailers do show possible signs of this. Kilo Ren vs. Phasma at some point? Sounds nice...
Ren: Nothing too huge. So far consistent.
Ren is a member of the Knights of Ren, which as already been in circulation Again there's a hint The First Order, and the Knights of Ren aren't the same thing. So the Spoiler would seem that the Knights of Ren are trying to ally with the First Order... or something like that...
It sounds like the spoilers so far or more politics and backstory... No real clue yet what the story is or why BB-8 is supposed to be so amazballz (yes that's a pun).
