So, a couple of suggestions :)

1) I feel that Avenger is best on an ISD2, due to having more range to apply his blue dice compared to the black dice of the ISD1. Besides, in the movies it was an ISD2 :P But on a more serious note, more range = easier to apply card effects that trigger on attacks ;)

1a) The way Crit Mechanics work in the game, it doesn't gel well to have Overload Pulse on the Avenger, because they trigger after the opponent has selected defense tokens to spend. Besides, with 8 attack dice to the face, you're sure that the opponent is going to exhaust 2 defense tokens to tank that attack. With Overload Pulse, you're going to want to have to attack the opponent first from the side arcs (and then an ISD1 doesn't have blue dice on the sides so ISD2 is better there) in order to force him to exhaust all his defense then line up the front arc. It's a difficult shot to line up.

2) As such, I would either go barebones with an ISD 1 and add Soontir Fel to the TIE swarm, or find another title. Devastator would sound pretty kick ass. You could replace the Overload Pulse with something like Leading Shots to help reroll those blanks and get more hits overall. Or Ion Cannon Batteries to have a crit to ensure. Or Relentless if you want to have to only plan 2 commands all around your fleet.

3) For Insidious, I recommend going for the GSD1 variant and Gunnery Team. Insidious is better the more black dice you have. Why Gunnery Team ? Because with Insidious you're going to want to flank the enemy, usually only being able to bring one broadside to bear on multiple targets at medium range. In that case, Gunnery Team will let you use 2x4 Black Dice at medium range.

4) For objectives, Contested Outpost wouldn't be my first pick for this list. You have a very offensive list that wants to be in the enemy's face to kill. So, it's going to be hard to defend the Outpost. Rather, with such a short range, I would seriously consider Hyperspace Assault for a Gladiator or even the ISD.

For the Navigation Objective, you have a very mobile fleet that can tank, so I would consider either Intel Sweep or Dangerous Territory. It'll protect your advance (by obscuring your ships) and force the enemy to take damage if he wants to score points. And free damage is always good ;)

Intel Sweep with the ISD because it can tank ! Minefields doesn't really do you any good (you want to flank and the mines prevent that). Superior Positions, maayyyyyybe ? Not sure there.

Avanced Gunnery is a cool objective here.

5) If you go with 4+ Interceptors, I'll highly recommend throwing in Howlrunner and Fel. Howlrunner providing +1 blue dice for their Counter Attacks and Fel giving automatic hit means you're going to throw quite the boatload of dice in anti-fighters and transform a token fighter screen to a well oiled killing machine for 15 points.

Thanks for help!

Ok, I misunderstood when critical effects trigger. So the Avenger needs help of a second ship armed with overload pulse, preferably a cheap and quick one (I don't think VSD II can do the job). The Avenger needs Raider.

I will edit the original list to change the fleet list.
