FaD Morality Table

By RebelDave, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

In FaD the morality table has Strengths and Weaknesses.

Are these paired specifically? Or can they be mixed and matched?

For example, the table pairs up Bravery and Anger under the result of 1-8.

But are they paired, or are they just printed side by side for convenience?

(Are they INTENDED to be paired?)

If they are paired, does it cause issues if you mix and match?

My new player has selected two Strengths and Weaknesses, and none of the 'pair up' by the table. Should they?

EDIT

Idiot me. Missed the paragraph that answers my question.

I believe that they are meant to be paired. But if you can come up with a good justification of why you’ve got a different pairing, and your GM agrees, then I don’t see why you can’t do that.

You can pair any Strength and Weakness, as long as you end up with at least one of each; the way they're displayed is sort of what the writers thought were the most synergistic pairings.

Are you talking about pg 49 first column? If you are, it's easy to miss, don't feel bad.

If you're not, then definitely check that entry out.
