I will PM you some of my and Galth's PM's due to char create.
Edge of Darkness OOC
If you could get him up to speed I'd appreciate that.
I shall do just that. little things may change to meld the char's together more
Let me know anything you think I ought to.
Ouch, Oro!
Ouch, Oro!
I'm okay. Six Soak and 16 Wound Threshold makes me pretty durable. ![]()
Sure, not saying "oh no poor Oro we knew him well, Horatio." Just saying Ouch. ![]()
Ok, so sensors are online and we have company. How long before the AT-STs and Imp reinforcements arrive?
In addition, is there anything else I can do from the command center? Can I access any communications or records?
@Titch: Care to have CT do some Demo work again? I have one of the charges from the bridge mission.
Edited by SaroneYou have access to the computers, so you can find anything provided you succeed on an Easy Computers check.
The reinforcements are at Extreme range and closing.
Maybe someone with "presence" should issue a flee order. "Imperial heavies imminent, lets solve our squabble without the buckets help."
I guess Issan could try that, but with the compromised crit it will be even harder for him than anyone else.
Well it's just one upgrade. Not too bad on the whole.
I haven't been scanning the current stats, but 3 PCs are damaged, 2 with critical hits. You are doing well enough with this fight.
2 enemies with LRBlasters, 1 1/4 minion Stormtroopers, and some AT/STs marching on our position; you have quite a spread of deadly options pointed our way.
Deadly? Yes. Impossible to take out? No.

How many minutes will that give us?

Let's take care of the Imperials first. In addition, since we were leaving the warehouse anyway, did the Twi'lek quartermaster give us her codes and keys to her stores? That was the other objective of our mission.
- Neutralize Zavvel
- Get Gear, Supplies, and equipment.
- Sanitize the Area.
Objective #1 has been semi-completed.
2 and 3 have not been done yet. I want that to be taken care of immediately.
In which case...
By the way, how are we on Destiny Points?
Edited by SaroneExtreme range isn't that far.
Especially with an active Hostile Imperial presence and an (as of the moment) still Hostile Rebellion Factional presence.
Material and supplies are "nice to have", but not at the cost of a cell to use them.
And the command center should have a Purge/Burn it All function/program/device, for just this situation.

First off: my apologies for autopiloting the LT for a second there. I am having the urge to really question the competency level of the people in the support staff.
At this time, I'm not counting on there being a Purge/Burn It All function. The level of stupidity is getting ridiculous at times. Plus, I really want a huge explosion.
As for the mission, it was the plan to get as much supplies, equipment, and personnel from the warehouse. Zavvel had to be neutralized, but it was the question of how. I plan on taking care of that.

Then, my little friend, go forth and affix the judgement to an item that will leave a crater.
And not have us lay in one.
Well it's just one upgrade. Not too bad on the whole.
Its not an upgrade, it adds a whole 'nother purple to contend with.
Firstly a matter of judgement - I'm not a military person, but I'd say that when a force that's vastly superior in training, equipment, experience and possession of armoured vehicles blows down a wall, it's hardly stupid to call a retreat. That's what Lt. Braxus did, and I'd hardly say it's stupid. Doubly so for a scout whose first instinct on taking fire would reasonably be to run a mile. He wants his men alive not dead.
Secondly, while the Rebels did not plant explosives throughout the facility (limited supplies - why have a whole load wired up where an accidental detonation would wipe out the cell) I'm sure you could potentially find a way to place a charge that would create a substantial number of secondary explosions. I suppose that would 'burn it all'.
Thirdly, there is also a 'purge system' function in the computers, requiring a Hard Computers check to activate due to the failsafes in place and general unfamiliarity with the system.
Fourthly, you're still in structured time. Minutes don't apply here; rounds to move from Extreme range of the breach up to through it are how I'm counting down.
OK, im going to roleplay in some 'speech' with whoever spotted in AT-ST's on the scanner. basically you need to inform me that they are incoming, what direction and i will then proceed to place the charges.
The Imperials have three walkers coming in from the north, about eight minutes out. They'll be entering first through the remains of the vehicle pool in the west wall and then through the breach into the warehouse proper.
I have edited the last IC post with a slight change of plans, just so as you know.
The Stormtrooper Groups are still present, right?
Toco would love to go with the LT to get supplies, but he won't leave those guys shooting at his allies.
There are two Stormtroopers left.
Then I am staying put for now.
We are still in structured turns?
Yes, but that is of course subject to change. Obviously killing all the enemies in the immediate area would solve that, but people who chose to make the run for the supplies will leave structured time for the duration.
So with Geoff and the LT's interaction, it is the Imperial NPC turn?
