Toco is the obvious choice for the next PC action and Issan should probably act early to get the heck out of there. Rax will either try to provide covering fire as the "diplomats" evacuate or go with them depending on the situation. At any rate he will be the last one leaving from the negotiation team so taking a late slot is fine for Rax if Issan can get out of there under his own steam.
Edge of Darkness OOC
Toco is opening fire on Zavvel. Flipping a destiny point and assuming I have 2 aim actions stacked.
Vengeance, it seems, is as swift as the speed of plasma through an atmosphere.
Sorry, I edited my question on the previous page, Medium range and any modifiers on Zavvel?
Medium range, Adversary 1. No other modifiers unless the lights go out.
Tear44, can you roll your Crit please?
Edited the post to add the crit roll.

I thought you were going to go for a headshot?
Zavvel ruined the head shot when he turned to blast Issan.
Wanted to with the Aim dice rather than use the called shot choice.
Just curious, what is the situation with the command center?
Everything was mentioned to have been powered down. Is there anything that can be done with it?
It would be an action to power it back on, but nothing very major. The computers would come online at the end of the turn.
Next question: What can those at the computers do with them next turn? Are there any automated defenses or surveillance that the group can use?
while turning the lights off in my turn thats what i plan to find out at the same time
Also, how many stormtroopers are we facing? You mentioned two groups, but how many are in each group?
One group of three and one group of four Stormtroopers, and the Rebels are also in a group of four.

Dumb question, but can we all see in the dark?
Yes, but there'd be SSS added to all shooting or Perception checks.
Dodging and weaving Rax gets to Omek. "Come on Omek, we have to get to cover! Follow me, stay close!"
He then leads the way towards the breach team firing wildly at the closest Stormtroopers as he runs, but finding it hard to single out a target in the darkness.
Spending 2 strain for an extra maneuver to get to Omek and then as close to the breach team as possible. Action is to shoot at the closest Stormies, I don't dare shoot at Zavvel since he's engaged and has Adversary 1, I don't want to hit Oro by mistake... 1 setback for the darkness and another for an attachment on the pistol.
Shooting at Stormtroopers: 4eA+1eP+2eD+2eS 1 success, 1 threatThe attachments add +1 success but also +1 threat. Net result is 2 successes, 2 threats. Damage is 6+1 (for Blaster Actuating module) +2 successes = 9.
Setback for darkness? The lights are still on.
And what attachment gives you a setback dice?
Never mind, read the mod.
Edited by SaroneI meant that if the lights were off you'd suffer it, seeing as it is night time.
As for the attachment question, setback for what?

It's a mod that gives a setback dice in exchange for +1 damage.
Been a while since we last had combat.
Just a bit. It's a change of pace.
Edit: Ignore the last post, as while there was no Setback from darkness there was one from the Stormtroopers being in cover. 9 damage inflicted, as written
Edited by ColonelCommissarYou're scoring some nasty crits tonight. ![]()
So, it's just Geoff and CT.
First question that comes to mind: Who here has some form of nightvision? Something that will take the sting of three setback dice off?
I meant that if the lights were off you'd suffer it, seeing as it is night time.
As for the attachment question, setback for what?
In the swirling confusion of battle a shot wings out of nowhere and detonates on a light fitting above your heads, plunging the immediate area into darkness.
Next PC check has one Setback added.
This is the "darkness" setback I was referring to. The attachment is a Blaster Actuating module.
And that was a nasty crit there ![]()
If they are in cover that calls for one more setback die:

Extra setback for cover: 1eS 1 failureSo 8 damage. How will you use the 2 threats for Rax?

It sounds like he used the threat to get a few hits in on you.
Also, I like the idea Titch has about plunging the area into darkness. However, I believe it might be better to have it be on our side of the warehouse. That way the Imps will have a harder time to see us while being silhouted by the lights on their side. At least, that's my impression.
