Yes I heard that in person at the end of swiss yesterday - new damage deck becomes standard in Jan 2016. They said prior to the new year people running tourneys could 'use their discretion'.

I've just finished watching Bob Randall's semifinal, and about 40 minutes in he received the ps 0 crit, now correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the effect for that crit limited to one round ? .. If so, It seemed to me that he Bob played as if he was ps 0 for multiple rounds which led to his IG dying without taking its final hlc fcs shot. Ultimately leading to his defeat
