I'm assuming that I can still use Glitterstim once I deploy the Nashtah Pup. The card text lets you keep pilot skill and pilot ability, but doesn't mention Elite upgrades (which should carry over to the Pup IMO) So I can use it on the Pup/z95, right? Z95s have the illicit icon.

Stim isn't pilot skill or pilot ability - those are the only things that carry over - the Pup doesn't have any upgrade icons.

No. Zero upgrades transfer over as per the text. All that matters is printed Pilot Skill and printed pilot ability.

It's also worth pointing out that if the hounds tooth pops glitterstim before it dies the effect is not active on the pup once it deploys.

The one thing I'd like to see in the FAQ is the carrying over of the EPT, thematically it makes sense as it is a pilot talent rather than being attached to the ship. Would give the pup a little more bite as well as potentially saving a few points from destruction.

That would require errata, since it's not a question of interpretation but rather a change to card text.
