Just asking, lets say that TIE In Sqd costs 9 points, so if I have 4 TIE In Sqd, is it still 9 points or 9x4?

The cost is per squadron.

Four TIE Fighter squadrons, for instance, would cost 8x4=32 pts

EDIT: TIE Interceptor squadrons are 11 pts each, so four is 44 pts.

You pay cumulative points for everything.

So four separate squads of interceptors is 36 points to include in your fleet

No. Every squadron you "purchase" is a full base. So a TIE Interceptor Squadron is 11 points so 4 bases of Interceptors is 44 points.
