You could swap out the TLT for an ICT and replace AS with Sensor Jammers if you wanted more survivability for Guri.

I like it, but I'd recommend that you take it a bit further on the buff-debuff schenanigans. Check this out:

Pretty simple concept overall. Torkil makes one target PS 0 so you shoot first and Flight Instructor is actually quite good. Palob takes away tokens so Opportunist triggers. Guri has obvious abilities and is unchanged from your initial build.

Lots of cool Synrgy, you're throwing 11 dice at 1 target at range 2 and 12 at range 1, and your defenses vs that one target are actually very good. It's easier to keep this squad together that if you have Talonbane added in. The obvious downside is that vs swarms you will have a harder time, although it's still not a bad list even then and you have a decent shot of taking out 1 enemy ship every turn.

A potential change for the list would be to give Guri predator and to put an Ion Cannon Turret on Torkil, which gives you a bit of extra control options. There are a few other variations I tried but this one is the most reliable one I found.

The other interesting variation would be to swap Guri for Xizor, take Bodyguard on and Ion Cannon on Palob, and swap Recon Specialist and an ICT onto Torkhil. Not as exciting necessarily but it has some really great synergy as long as you fly Xizor slow.

As always the Starviper just can't come close to justifying its points cost, that ship needs some help in a later wave to ever really see the table. I fly 3!

Bodyguard on Palob would be a waste. No one is going to shoot at Xizor while Palob is at range one of him if they can help it.
