As interesting as the arguments are... I am disappointed that FFG goes through the trouble of making a rules reference and it is immediately outdated by Wave 7 and 8. Deployment from carriers, tractor beams, conner nets, cluster mines, etc. They could have added all of this. Missed opportunity, IMO.
They couldn't have if they didn't know they were going to create them...
