Basically it's halloween dudes, so all decks must be DarkStalkers Characters! All characters are legal, except the banned Talbain. After that it is standard block constructed, so five pointed goodness. Simples.

If I can be there, I will (for this and the Warhammer). Just got a couple of things to sort out first. I'll definitely be there for the store champs as things stand atm.

On a related note, any idea what dates we're looking at for the pre-release in this country? We're normally a week or so behind the States so I was expecting it to be the 28th-29th.
