Looking through the rules reference book and in the section on bombs it says "The effects of each bomb are described on its bomb token reference card and are reprinted below for convenience:"
Then it lists the effect of Proton, Proximity, and Seismic. None of the wave VII bombs are mentioned. Just curious how far back the planning on this item goes.
