Can I use Lightning Reflexes and Genius in order to move, rotate 180 and then drop a proton bomb, which effect takes place first?

Lightning Reflexes

After you execute a white or green maneuver on your dial, you may discard this card to rotate your ship 180 degrees. Then receive 1 stress token after the "Check Pilot Stress" step.

Genius

If you are equipped with a bomb that can be dropped when you reveal your maneuver, you may drop the bomb after you execute your maneuver instead.

They both trigger "after executing a maneuver" and in case of simultaneous effects, you may chose the order (if all effects belong to you, other wise it's in initative order).

It's too bad that Kavil is the only ship in the game that can use that combo, it's pretty sweet.

Nice, too bad he can't take VI as well, I love the idea of throwing bombs at people. And with extra munitions, he can do it twice (if he lives through the first self-bombing).

EDIT: I'm a noob, forgot that Reflexes is discarded, in any case he can use Genius twice.

At least the maneuver has some synergy with his ability. If you whip a K-Turn in someone's face and poop out a mine on them, they are bound to be an out of arc shot for your turret.

Of course that makes Kavil even more expensive, especially since you'll want Engine Upgrade to protect his expensive hit points from his own bomb.

Im putting together a Rebel 3 Y and a K list that uses Leia to do something similar to that with prox bombs.
