Or they only put up the X-Wing stuff because that is all that was for sale early thing morning for Force Friday. Wave 3 will be announced when it is and I doubt it will be FA related but hard to say.

I would have been surprised if there was an Ep VII Armada announcement. Armada is still a relatively new game and has a lot of catching up to do. FFG is a big company (as far as game companies go) but there is a limit to how much they can develop and how quickly they can do it. I am sure they would love to have some Ep VII Armada stuff ready to go, but how much do we really know about large ships from Ep VII, other than the FO Star Destroyer?

I'm ok with no news. You'll be getting Wave 2 reveals all month. And actually getting the ships shortly thereafter.

I'm pretty sure that we're going to see EP VII stuff for Armada after the film is released.

First, Wave 2 is coming and having competing releases isn't the best sales moves. Second, even if the releases are not at the same time, it's bad to split focus between two waves. Thirdly, they'd rather spread out the waves to spread out cash flow

Not necessarilly, now I'm not saying that we will see Episode 7 Armada today, but (I think) we are supposed to get a total of four Episode 7 products today. I would not rule out more products till at least noon (that's when the Imp Star Destroyer preview came out).

I thin we'll see episode VII stuff eventually. IMHO it'll probably be in Wave 4. I'm not really sure how far ahead FFG work but I'd like to think they'd got Wave 3 in developement shortly after they announced Wave 2.

This is definitely a possibility.

And I misspoke. My game store has the new X-Wing core set today. Not sure if that is a common occurrence, as I haven't been around the X-Wing boards today, but it was not a Target "exclusive" launch as initial rumors indicated. It is available at both Target and game stores.

@Edsel62 My guess is that the mysterious 4th SKU is a new X-Wing damage deck, or maybe something for Imperial Assault.
