FCS won't let you use the TL on the die roll, though. So, he can't use FCS and then use that TL on that ordnance.

Oh, I spent too many years on the other side of that from Games Workshop. I've lived in the UK and I know that with all the variances in prices, each side usually has about 50 dollars or pounds to play with every month. It costs less BPS for GW plastic than USD for the same. I've been screwed by that divide quite a bit.
