Return of the bombers!

Yeah yeah, that fat bottom punisher has all the imperials coming to the yard, but we all know - deep in our regimented and blackened hearts - that the Tie Bomber is the real winner from wave 7. Four bombers screams classy devil, and offers so much build variety. Below is a list I plan to run just as soon as I can afford to:

Scimitar Squadron Pilot (26) TIE Bomber (16), Ion Torpedoes (5), Extra Munitions (2), Proximity Mines (3)

Scimitar Squadron Pilot (23) TIE Bomber (16), Flechette Torpedoes (2), Extra Munitions (2), Conner Net (4)

Captain Jonus (24) TIE Bomber (22), Squad Leader (2)

Scimitar Squadron Pilot (27) TIE Bomber (16), Extra Munitions (2), Assault Missiles (5), Proximity Mines (3)

The alpha strike should be pretty agonising: Jonus giving rerolls and a TL to any ship that might have been out of range on the approach. Assault and Ion creating a damage/ion cloud, with the flechette tagging any high-agility ship. slow your roll and re-apply next round, focussing down on the stressed/ioned ship, or full speed and drop a metric tonne of ordnance if it's too tight.

Alternatively, your opponent freaks out and splits their ships up, allowing you to bully their list piecemeal.

What do you think? Opinions really welcome, especially as to ordnance choice in particular.
