I ran Nera w/ adv pro torps, EM, FCS, and Determination supported by Horton and Dutch w/ R2 mechs and TLT. I was up against IG88-B w/ Opprotunist, HLC, and AT and Razzi w/ Bossk crew I can't remember what else except the title. I made a mistake early in the game and went straight for the Houndstooth. I did this on purpose cause I wanted to try to use my pro torps and I felt I couldn't get in range 1 of the Agressor with Nera's B-wing. My Y's got 4 attacks on IG but with AT I was only able to take off 1 shield. Players that face TLT take not if your ship can take AT don't hesitate to equip this must have mod. Nera got in range 1 of the Houndstooth and Nera focused then Dutch acquired target lock and with his ability passed 1 to Nera, this is key because of adv pro torps lets you change 3 blanks to focus and you need to TL to fire adv pro torps, Nera fires and lands 5 hits. The next round I was still in range 1 cause the Htooth had to take a bank around a asteroid. Nera rolls 5 more dice and down goes the tooth.
Remember what I mentioned earlier about not going after IG88 at the beginning of the match? Well that was my down fall. He was able to get in the Y's donut hole and with Nera away from them and not able to support them they went down before she could get back in the fight. Nera tried to get back in and w/ hitting some rocks and IG's HLC she followed the Y's shortly after.
What I learned? No matter how juicy the target Y's without support fall very quickly. Advance Proton Torpedoes are a very powerful weapon but I should have kept Nera in formation with the Y's and use her 360 secondary firing abilility to give them protection. I'm not going to lie to you seeing the Houndstooth go down in 2 consecutive combat rounds would warm the heart of any Rebel player.
