Whats the size of them. Are they standard size or some wierd size. ffg is known for some really small ones. eg World of Warcraft board game the big box one. ????
Size of Cards
i would assume standard size......seeing the text on them and the symbles....if they are minis.......yeah upsetting
I didn't even thought about this...
I really REALLY really hope they're standard size. For the small ones are annoying!
yeah for sure.....the mini cards are good for boardgames like Arkham Horror but thats it really
"Standard Size" for FFG would mean they use the slim European card format, not the American Poker Format. That would mean that the cheap Magic the Gathering card sleeves will not fit, for those interested in card protectors.
well im off to buy a scanner
Small cards, based on what I could see from the display at Games Day.

It's these small steps that are beginning to make me regret that I already ordered the thing... Could they just get on with it and publish it already.

Do they fit? Aren't they too broad? I just wonder...
www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_minisite_sec.asp
it just got updated with full sizes. if they were Standard European Board Game Sleeves Size: 2 5/16" x 3 9/16" (59x92 MM)
dragon sleeves are Measurements: 67x91mm (2.64" x 3.58") which i use for all my card games while their sleeve size for the same style is Size: 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" (63.5 x 88 MM). the ffg sleeves are a snug fit compared to dragon.
note if your stuck on what you need for other games check the pdf www.fantasyflightgames.com/ffg_content/ffg-supply/PDF/ffg-supplies-guide.pdf
im happy they did that.
note i have spent a min of $150 sleeving world of war craft board game with both addons. i hate dirty cards.
Thank you, mcdead!

Has some good pictures of the cards. Looks like action cards and skill/talent cards are normal "large" size. Wound cards, status cards, and others (not sure what they all are) are the smaller size.
Character sheets appear to be about 8" wide, and about 6" tall (about the size of a piece of paper folded in half horizontally along the middle)
Career cards appear to be about half that size of a character sheet, so about 4"x4"
So is the assumption that the wfrp 3 cards will be mini American and standard American size, not European format cards?
I see FFG have updated their guides and Chaos in the Old World uses American format, so WFRP will almost certainly use that too, I would have thought?
Anyone know a UK based store (or one that does cheap postage to UK) to get that size card sleeves from?
