TLT and Hot Shot Blaster?

Are there any conflicts with running TLT and "Hot Shot" Blaster on the same ship?

Not that I can se. It doesn't seem very cost effective to have two secondaries that are both basicaly turrets, but it legal.

It was just a thought -- running 3 HWKs that can do damage within the donut hole when needed.

The Hot Shot Blaster gets rid of the range 1 hole of TLT for a round.

I do agree with you on the cost-effectiveness, though. HWKs are fragile enough that I think the donut hole is only their second-worst problem when you're using them for TLT spam.

the hot shot blaster is a one shot wonder. Its also what i was going to try out to fill in the hole

Have you tried feed back arrays?? They are excellent for clearing the gap, plus interceptor pilots like Carnor really hate them.

If you are so keen on using Hot Shot Blasters, Try putting Munitions Fail Safe with them. It's only one point.
