I would like to know if it is possible to use the feat cards of TOI in the RTL campaign.

Yes you can. See the FAQ for details.

We've house-ruled Feats to be available with the Secret Trainer:

- Every hero starts with a Feat Hand of 0 cards (except that one girl from ToI whose normal maxed hand is +2, she starts with a Feat Hand of 2).
- At the Secret Trainer, a hero can purchase +4 Health, +2 Fatigue, or +2 Max Feat Hand.
- Once a Hero has a more-than-zero Feat Hand, they can draw Feat Cards when glyphs are activated (as per the normal rules)

Seems to work rather nicely
