Nah, they don't seem to care about discussion. Post some images of the product to the thread and/or provide links to said photos on the other hand and it probably would dissappear quickly.

That's fine, I'll just wait and support my FLGS. I don't see the point of getting X-Wing from a big box store. You pay full retail but you don't support an FLGS. Might as well buy online and save money.

Unless there is a drought on X-Wing I see no point in buying from Barnes & Noble or Target.

I hear ya, and I agree with ya, but none of my local FLGS (4 in a 45 mile radius) have any Wave 7 stuff (a couple have the Raider)...

I want to support Local, but sometimes Ebay and "Big Box" are able to scratch the itch faster. Still, I will also wait for the FLGS to stock them...whenever that is.

We only have evidence that Target has them. If there are multiple big-box stores participating in Force Friday in your area, and you want to go out and wait, Target is probably your best bet.

But if you don't have a Target in your area (perhaps you're Canadian), you have an extra variable in that puzzle. We lack any evidence that other stores have it, but a lack of evidence isn't anything more than suggestive: perhaps Toys 'R' Us just has better operational security than Target.

The other possible speculation could be that Target employees don't give a **** about the NDA and product leaks.

Any of those are equally valid speculations, all equally unproven.

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. It could just suggest that other stores have tighter inventory controls than the Bothans that Target possibly employs.

Thanks. I will wait. Of all Xwing releases, this is the one I am the least excited about. The lack of upgrades has me... meh. When the standalone TIE/FO and T-70 come out with the new and dazzling tech upgrades, then I'll see about jumping in. Besides, I don't tournament play. I have no idea if these things will be legal for tournament either... at least until tourney rules are updated or new standalones a are released.

I guess I should run by the local Target and see if they goofed.

I'm sure FFG has an agreement with Disney, and I get it and all, but I always kinda chuckle when a company goes crazy deleting leaks like that, cuz it's out there now and not going away. Ah well. Big business.
