Had this popup yesterday as well. Both myself and my opponent looked at it, and decided that because dash avoids obstacles, the obstacle portion of the Stunned Pilot crit doesn't apply during the activation phase.

Is this correct? Not even sure it's been FAQ'd. First time I've had this crit on Dash.

Yeah, he ignores the asteroids per his pilot ability, even when paying attention to them would be more disastrous than usual.
