Imperials, not much from Wave 7, most of their boost is from the TIE advanced upgrade in the Imperial Raider. As for the bombs and missiles and torpedo upgrades still not much word on that despite the extra munitions fix. Some people are trying out the upgrades with extra munitions but for the most part many EM tokens get removed from the table instead of spent. Strangely Major Rhymer has been MIA so I haven't hard much about the Rhymer AHM build yet. Probably too heavy on squadron points to fit it anywhere.
Scum and Villainy, probably the biggest impact as they had the most ships and upgrades with this wave which brings them 1 ship short of the different types of ships the two original factions have. The Kihraxz fighter doesn't make much of a filler ship as 20 points tend to be a heavy price for a filler ship still it does come in at the same point cost as a mangler scyk yet while the Kihraxz has the advantage in durability with 1 more hull and 1 more shields the mangler scyk has more firepower and damage mitigation. With both Kihraxz and Scyk dials you don't want to run in your opponent at range 1. The Hounds Tooth although impressive in its size and as a cannon platform it is no decimator. It can still get focused down faster than a VT-49 and ships that get behind the auxiliary firing arcs are in a safe spot. The point cost is also considerable so bringing it will likely leave you with a 2 ship build or a Z-95 Escort.
Rebels, probably the faction to benefit the most from wave 7 with the addition of TLT. Now S&V also has access to that upgrade with their Scum-wings and Scumhawks but considering it comes in a Rebel expansion pack and the Rebels get another ship that can carry turret secondary weapons I would declare the Rebels the overall winners with use of the TLT. The TLT is no doubt a game changer with the ability to get past the 2 damage hard mitigation you see on most fat turret ships such as Fat Han and Dodgemator with Palpatine. If they use upgrades such as R2-D2 <Crew> once you get that first damage card and it will be easy to get past C-3PO+evade or Kenkirk/Palpatine+Issard. The thing TLT will have some but not as big of an impact is against high agility with multi token or per-attack defensive abilities. As for the K-wing, it can make the most use of mines with the Advanced Slam but at 23 points for a 2 firepower turret it is a tough sell now that auto-thrusters is out.
Underestimating Illicit a bit, but yeah this is about right.
