I like the concept with the Outlaw Tech and Kaa'to, but that's a lot of points for a castle that will really only pump out a Focus & 3 Attack dice. VI doesn't serve much purpose, and Palob seems out of place if Kaa'to is going to be bumping with Bossk.
I think you'd be better off with just a Binayre Pirate self-blocker and HLC/K4/Greedo Moralo.
Maybe something like this:

I like the concept of the list. I would recommend dropping the hull off of Kaa'to and replacing your HWK with some type of ace beat stick of a ship. Your hounds tooth can position to get some incredible shots and just sit there doing zeros all day with Wingman while your ace can stay close, but not too close (flying casual) to take out anything that comes within range of the Hound's Tooth.
I would also consider a Moralo + HLC + Bossk Crew + Gunner combo if you want to stall out. This will give you some consistent damage at any range. The only problem might be that your Ace would have already stripped your opponents tokens so you have a high chance of not needing gunner at all.
