Hello recently i have been wondering about MF+2bw lists and can squezee pretty solid chewie or pretty solid han into that could you guys post your opinions who gonna fit better?

LIST:

2x Blue Squadron

and either:

Han Solo

VI

Gunner

C3PO

Millenium Falcon

or

Chewbacca

Predator

C3PO

R2-D2

Hull Upgrade

Millenium Falcon

Both top up at 100pts.

Han is pretty much standard fathan save EU and pred that just doesnt not fit into that:( But without pred i can handle and EU well...i need to deal with it.

Chewie is tanky as fk here. Especially with another hull for r2 to shine. Im worried about firepower with just predator in this variant on the other hand.

I don't think VI on Han will do you much good, especially if you don't have the engine upgrade. Han is already a 9, and the turret primary means you don't really have to worry about arc. I like PtL and Nien Nunb on Han, because you can take two actions and clear stress easily. I don't much care for 3PO. If you wanted to fit this in with the two B's, I would take Han - PtL, Gunner, Nien Nunb, and Falcon Title.

I agree with the Chewie build there isn't much bite to it. It seems like your intent here is to make him more durable than shooty, which could work if the B's stay close and you choose the same target with all three ships. But maybe try to find a way to sneak Gunner on board?

i love Chewy in the falcon but i'm no a fan of R2 as a crew .....

I would need to let go of hull and r2 or c3po and thats the whole point of chewie list to make him durable with those 2. Idea behind chewie list is that opponent needs to either focus on the bwing and they are 8hp each after all and leave chewie for the end (when he may not have enough firepower left to deal with) or focus on chewie (and he can take a lot of punishment) and let bwings free fire.

-takes away EPT slot for ptl

+Focus may be used on second attack if not expended.

-needs to be declared before roll

Well thats why i consider nien subpar to C3PO.

As for chewie i forgot that R2 can still give him crit so my build is not so great anymore.

That's why there is such a high cost difference between them.

Anyway, I would probably use:

Han Solo

PtL

EU

C3PO

Blue x2

You have enough firepower there so that you do not need to worry too much about endgame. Try to protect Han with the Blues as Han is the obvious target here.

Chewie

+ C3PO

+ Luke

+ Predator
+ Falcon

And it's hairy and blue and Chewie's in a big fat round ship so you call it "Cookie Monster".

I don't know if anyone else has posted this, but Kyle and Jan or works great with push the limits, hull, and the title card and lets you put a FCS on one b-wing.

chewy would focus evade(stress) next green move (free focus) focus evade (or TL) which ever two actions are better for you has always worked great for me. kind of a wash rinse repeat build.
