It would I would think. I'm not sure that's a great use for Jan, unless you really want to tag the defender, it's not like you'd do more damage.

Given the Cluster Missiles precedent (same wording and Cluster Missiles is considered 2 separate attacks), I'd say that Jan does not apply to both attacks.
