I just ordered my first big bunch about an hour ago myself. The NEW Hotness just got set on the table... no need to worry about what is for dinner this weekend... yet.

I won't be. Not interested in blind buy, nor interested in adding possible new fractions. I am in no hurry to get another starter set and might even wait till it goes on clearance. I am not into secrecy at all.

Nobody plays in my town that I know of; there is almost zero percent chance they sell out, so I plan to go check out the store at a normal hour.

Sounds like someone needs to give demos and start a X-Wing Facebook for their town.

Nah, I just live in a very rural suburb and no joke, every place that hosts tourneys and such is 45 minutes in any of the 4 cardinal directions from me. There's not really a location nearby I would be comfortable doing a demo at, I'm just stuck making a bit of a drive every time I want to play in tourneys.

I live in a county with over 3 million people in it and have about a 40 minute drive to my FLGS.

My buddies and I are doing Toys R Us at midnight since we did it for the prequels (really regret buying one of EVERYTHING for Episode I) but I'm taking my son soon as Target opens in the morning to looks for toys/clothes for him (and me).
