All the mines that require an action. Of i want to use then before slam i need something like EI right? Or if i have advance slam i can drop after slam action correct?

Advanced SLAM will let you drop one. But you can't drop a mine and then use EI (must be an Action: Upgrade card) or PtL to SLAM. The SLAM Reference card says you cannot perform a SLAM as a free action.

In order to drop a mine before you slam you would need to have some way of getting a free action BEFORE your perform action step, otherwise you have to perform the SLAM action as your regular action and then use advanced SLAM afterward.

It's not a free action. SLAM specifically can NOT be used as a free action.
