Yes! Psyco Tyco is best with push the limit, the retrofit, and awing test pilot. For the second ept I recommend daredevil. He is also the best to focus down an imperial ship with rebel captive on it. Psyco Tyco cares not about stress!

Which means no k-turn (he is maneuverable enough to turn around anyway) and problems if he gets the crit that makes his turns red (if get already has a crit, he is probably dead next turn anyway).
