An unusual Scum list

I recently played a game with a friend using the following list:

Boba Fett w/engine upgrade, K4 security droid, glitterstim

Kavil w/blaster turret, R4 aggromech

N'dru Suhlak w/lone wolf, hot shot blaster

I did well, destroying all my friend's ships while losing none (though my friend built his list in a hurry and all my ships besides Boba ended with 1 hull left). Boba was an absolute monster, though I often found the free target locks from his Droid unnecessary. N'dru did well for his points cost, dealing a respectable amount of damage while being a general nuisance. I was unhappy with Kavil's performance though -- flying a Y-wing without Unhinged Asromech felt so sluggish, and my opponent was able to avoid Kavil and leave him without a shot for several rounds. I might give him another chance in the future, but in the meantime I want to try a more maneuverable alternative.

This lead me to consider a StarViper instead of Kavil. I've never used a generic before, but I heard of other players using one to good effect as a maneuverable blocker and flanker. I'm planning to give the following list a try in my next game:

Boba Fett w/engine upgrade, determination, Greedo, Glitterstim

N'dru Suhlak w/lone wolf, hot shot blaster

Black Sun Enforcer w/shield upgrade, flechette torpedoes

What do you guys think of this list? Do you think some other combination of upgrades would work better?

I think the build is okay and could work as is. However, I would prefer to see veteran instincts on Boba. PS10 is pretty great. It also opens up the possibility of a very effective bomb. In fact, I would suggest dropping glitterstim and greedo for a seismic + inertial dampeners. Alternatively, if you have autothrusters, you could take that instead of the shield to get the points for a seismic on boba.

I actually have been considering running a list very similar to this as well. I like the idea of N'dru with lone wolf and some ordinance, maybe throw on munitions failsafe (just the one point) to make sure the hot shot actually sticks. On the StarViper I would rather have autothrusters instead of the shield upgrade, and wouldn't bother with the missiles. That way, you have a few extra points to spend on Boba to help him pack more of a punch. I think my favorite combination of things on Boba is: engine upgrade, push the limit, recon spec., intertial dampeners, and a proximity mine. I haven't taken Greedo as crew, but the people I know who have were kind of underwhelmed by him.

If you like Blaster Turret, Palob Godalhi with the elite talent Opportunist seems like it has some synergy.

Otherwise I would use the new twin laser turret on a Y-wing.

You could also give Boba Fett the Slave-1 title, use that torpedo slot for Extra Munitions, and then give him a bomb card of your choosing.

I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss flechette torpedoes. Very useful tech for dealing with push the limit users and certain ships that hate stress (like aggressors). It also adds a little extra threat to the least threatening ship, and that might take some heat off the other 2 ships in the list (making tougher decisions on the opponent is always a good thing)
